2. Sports Equipment Refund Policy

2.1 Return Window

  • Equipment can be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition
  • Original invoice and proof of purchase required

2.2 Refundable Conditions

  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Incorrect items delivered (our error)
  • Damaged items received (must be reported within 48 hours)
  • Significant delay in delivery (beyond agreed timeline)

2.3 Non-Refundable Equipment

  • Customized or personalized equipment
  • Used or worn items (unless defective)
  • Equipment purchased for specific events (after event date)
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (mouthguards, certain protective gear)

2.4 Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after item return
  • Return shipping costs borne by customer (unless our error)
  • Refund amount excludes original delivery charges
  • Refunds credited to original payment method

3. Training Program Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation Timeline

Cancellation by Participant:

  • More than 14 days before start: 100% refund (minus processing fee of ₹500)
  • 7-14 days before start: 75% refund
  • 3-6 days before start: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund

3.2 Medical Emergency

In case of medical emergencies preventing participation, Khelega India may offer:

  • Transfer to future program (with medical certificate)
  • Partial refund (case-by-case basis)
  • Credit note valid for 12 months

3.3 Program Cancellation by Khelega India

If we cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment, weather, or other circumstances:

  • 100% refund or transfer to alternative program
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • Alternative program options offered where possible

4. Event Management Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client

Refund Schedule:

  • More than 30 days before event: 90% refund
  • 15-30 days before event: 70% refund
  • 7-14 days before event: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: 25% refund
  • Day of event or no-show: No refund

4.2 Force Majeure

For cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics):

  • Event postponement offered as first option
  • Refund of unused services (after deducting incurred costs)
  • Credit note for future events

4.3 Weather-Related Cancellations

For outdoor events affected by weather conditions, Khelega India will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, partial refunds will be provided based on services already rendered.

5.1 Processing Timeline

  • Refund requests reviewed within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 additional days
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days

5.2 Processing Fees

Processing fees may apply for certain refunds:

  • Equipment returns: ₹200 processing fee (if not our error)
  • Training program cancellations: ₹500 processing fee
  • Event cancellations: 5% of total booking amount

6. Exchange and Store Credit Policy

6.1 Equipment Exchange

Equipment exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase for:

  • Size or color variations (same product)
  • Upgrade to higher-value items (pay difference)
  • Defective items (direct replacement)

6.2 Store Credit

Store credit may be offered as an alternative to cash refunds:

  • Valid for 12 months from issue date
  • Can be used for any Khelega India services
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable
  • May include bonus credit for certain situations

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Bulk Orders

Bulk equipment orders (typically for institutions) have specific terms:

  • Custom refund terms negotiated per order
  • Longer return windows may be available
  • Partial deliveries may affect refund calculations

7.2 Long-term Programs

For training programs longer than 3 months:

  • Prorated refunds available after 30-day period
  • Medical certificate required for health-related withdrawals
  • Transfer to other participants allowed (with approval)
